Spa Therapist / Nhân viên Spa

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging services, warmly welcome guests, answer inquiries, and ensure a safe, enjoyable spa experience.

• Provide consistent professional massage, body treatments spa and LQA standart, possess thorough knowledge of massage modalities and body treatments; maintain valid certification/license.

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, educate guests about wellness concerns, and promote spa services, retail products, and resort activities.

• Be punctual, flexible with schedule, and perform services within allotted time, work independently when required, maintain positive attitude and teamwork.

• Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards, properly clean, restock rooms, and care for equipment; control product usage to assist with cost management.

• Report incidents involving staff or guests, attend and support training sessions and staff meetings, comply with training plan (6 hrs/month low season, 4 hrs/month high season).

• Perform daily deep cleaning of one massage room with team. Provide attentive pre- and post-treatment care for guests, offer consultation, and encourage them to return.

• Depending on the organisation of the Spa Supervisor.

• High season and low season will be adapted for overall utilization of staff in the entire department focusing on guest service

• The schedule for the week.

• Achieve revenue targets, monthly forecasts, minimize costs, and meet LQA mystery audit scores.

• Work overtime when required, comply with training plan.

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in a similar capacity.

• Knowledge of various spa treatments, therapies, and wellness practices.

• Basic understanding of human physiology to perform treatments safely.

• Familiarity with spa products, essential oils, and their proper usage.

• Strong skills in guest relations, communication, and creating a relaxing atmosphere.

• Knowledge of hygiene standards, sanitation, and safety procedures.

• Practical experience in performing massages, facials, body scrubs, and other spa services.

• Experience working in a team environment, supporting colleagues during peak times.

• Ability to handle guest concerns, resolve issues, and adapt under pressure

• Commitment to ongoing training and staying updated with new spa techniques.
