2. Reporting & Financial Performance Management

Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, presentations, and period-end submissions.
Monitor profit and loss performance, budget achievement, and financial targets.
Ensure taxes, revenues, and financial records are accurately documented and reconciled.

3. Accounting Operations & Analysis
Manage key accounting activities such as audits, reconciliations, ledger balancing, and data verification.
Review contracts, perform credit checks, and support accounts receivable processes.
Analyze financial information and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and resolve issues.

4. Technical Accounting Expertise
Maintain strong knowledge of accounting systems, procedures, and financial reporting requirements.
Apply expertise in areas such as deposits, write-offs, returned checks, and revenue reporting.
Utilize accounting software and technology to process, track, and manage financial information.

5. Team Development & Stakeholder Communication
Train, coach, and mentor associates to strengthen accounting capabilities.
Communicate financial information clearly with management, peers, and team members.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills, including problem-solving, conflict management, organization, and effective decision-making.

• 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major
• Related Work Experience At least 2-3 year of related work experience
• Supervisory Experience At least 1 year of supervisory experience
