Reservation and communication agent

• Handle confidently guest accommodation inquiries from different channels (Email, phone, Facebook messenger, zalo…) in a timely manner.

• Create profiles (individual, company, travel agent) in Opera.

• Create FIT reservation and group block on PMS System (Opera).

• Follow up guests and travel agents’ payment, flights, special requests and preferences and accurately update in system.

• Ensure consistent delivery of personalized service with a calm demeanor.

• Upsell otherproduct enhancements relating to Food and beverage, spa to guests

• Communicate effectively with other departments at the resort for guests’ requests.

• Check accuracy of reservations for arrivals for the next 1-3 days (in turn).

• Run daily end-of-day reservation report (in turn).

• Based on the Labor code and Company's policy.

• College or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus.

• Excellent communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude, supporting cross-departmental cooperation.

• Prior experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in reservations or administrative roles.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

• Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to guest inquiries and internal requests.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
