The Director of Rooms delivers the guest experience from check-in to check-out, drives rooms revenue and cost control through yield management and the Annual Business Plan, develops Heads of Department through coaching and training, and sits on the hotel’s Leadership Committee to support the overall success of the hotel.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Prior experience with Hyatt is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality industry or a related discipline.
- Proven senior leadership experience in Rooms Division operations, ideally in a 5 star hotel environment.
- Strong commercial and financial skills: yield and revenue management, forecasting, business planning and cost control.
- Strong people development skills: coaching, training, recruitment and performance development.
- Fluent English communication and interpersonal skills.
