HR OFFICER

- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling.

- Handle onboarding procedures for new employees and maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

- Assist with Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance

- Monitor labor contracts, probation periods, and other employee-related documentation.

- Support the organization of training programs, internal events, and employee engagement activities.

- Ensure HR activities comply with labor laws and the Company's policies and procedures.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

- 100% salary during the probationary period

- 9.5 working hours per day, 2 days off per week

- College or bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position; experience in a hotel or resort is an advantage.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

- Responsible, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality.

- Good English communication skills are an advantage.

- Pre-opening hotel or resort experience is an advantage.
