FRONT OFFICE SHIFT LEADER

- Supervise and coordinate daily Front Office operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth and efficient service.

- Lead and support Front Desk Agents, Bellmen, and other Front Office team members in delivering excellent guest service.

- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.

- Monitor check-in and check-out procedures, room assignments, billing, and guest information accuracy.

- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

- Monitor room status, guest requests, and shift handover reports.

- Ensure compliance with resort standards, policies, and service procedures.

- Support the AFOM in training staff and improving service quality.

- 100% salary during the probationary period

- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office operations, preferably in a supervisory role.

- Good command of Vietnamese and English, both spoken and written.

-Experience in a 4–5 star hotel or RETREAT resort is an advantage.

- Pre-opening experience is an advantage.

- Proficiency in hotel PMS software; experience with Smile PMS is preferred.
