Mô tả công việc
- Supervise and coordinate daily purchasing activities to ensure the timely procurement of goods and services.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best quality, pricing, and delivery terms.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with departments to ensure operational requirements are met.
- Process purchase orders and ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier contracts, and documentation.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure consistent service and supply quality.
- Support cost control initiatives while maintaining product standards and operational efficiency.
- Assist in preparing purchasing reports, budget monitoring, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure all purchasing activities align with Marriott standards and local regulatory requirements.

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2 years of experience in Purchasing or Procurement, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing/inventory management systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
