Training Manager I Quản lý Đào tạo

• Identify training needs and develop annual/quarterly training plans aligned with resort objectives and Six Senses brand standards.
• Lead the planning and implementation of Host engagement initiatives and activities
• Design, organize, and deliver training programs covering host orientation, service excellence, operational procedures, leadership development, and sustainability practices.
• Plan and coordinate training events, workshops, host engagement activities, and internal learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with Department Heads to develop departmental training plans, monitor on-the-job training, and improve host performance.
• Build, coach, and support Departmental Trainers to ensure effective and consistent training delivery across all departments.
• Develop and update training materials, SOPs, presentations, and learning tools in line with brand standards.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and follow-up; implement improvements where needed.
• Coordinate mandatory training and external learning opportunities, while maintaining accurate training records, calendars, and reports.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of Training & Development experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, service standards, and training methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English, proficient in Microsoft Office; additional languages and training certifications are an advantage.
