Reservations Supervisor

• Monitor room availability, rates, booking channels, and reservation records to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Oversee reservations received via phone, email, hotel website, and online travel agencies (OTAs).

• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, complaints, and reservation discrepancies professionally.

• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue Management to optimize room occupancy and revenue.

• Monitor booking patterns, pickup reports, cancellations, and no-shows; prepare reservation reports as required.

• Train, guide, and support Reservation Agents to maintain service standards and operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, reservation procedures, and brand standards.

• Support upselling initiatives and promote room categories and packages to maximize revenue.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Reservations Manager or Front Office leadership.

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.

• Previous experience in hotel reservations, preferably in a supervisory role.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Good knowledge of hotel reservation systems, PMS, and online booking channels.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, customer-focused, and able to work under pressure.

• Ability to lead a team and coordinate effectively with other departments.
