Supervisor

• Prompt, and courteous greetings of customers.
• Guide and direct servers and support to take orders and deliver food and beverages to customers in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ensure all guests receive positive and professional service to the highest standards to exceed the customer's expectations.
• Follow sequence of service standards as per brand guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Have a complete and thorough knowledge of all menu items to be able to describe items and drive make suggestive selling.
• Ensure food quality and consistency is always delivered.
• Manage the setup and closing of tables and sections.
• Divide restaurant into sections for each shift and ensure fair allocations.
• Ensure full closing procedures are carried out consistently and thoroughly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ensure the cleanliness and refilling of condiment sets and napkin containers.
• Coordinating with the management team to handle accurately order invoices and tips.
• Always keep all workstations and equipment as clean as possible.
• Attend all regular departmental briefings and contribute to open communication within the assigned team.
• Train the service team according to the standard operating procedures, sequence of service and guidelines.
• Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions in a high-volume, fast-paced venue
• Fluent Vietnamese, good English skills
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
