Mô tả công việc

1. Good communication skills in Japanese for all levels of staff/guests.
Có thể giao tiếp tốt với nhân viên và khách hàng bằng tiếng Nhật.

2. Update and manage daily Guest Relation worksheets. Assigned (with DM /FOM) and inspect each room prior to guests arrival.
Cập nhật và quản lý Guest Relation worksheets hàng hàng ngày. Được phân công (với DM /FOM) và kiểm tra từng phòng trước khi khách đến.

3. Registers and rooms all arrivals according to established procedures
Đăng ký và sắp xếp phòng tất cả khách đến theo thủ tục đã được thiết lập

4. Maintains intimate knowledge of departmental standards and procedures
Duy trì kiến thức sản phẩm, các tiêu chuẩn và thủ tục của bộ phận

5. Maintains exemplary department standards of behavior and appearance and attitude as expected
Duy trì các tiêu chuẩn mẫu mực của bộ phận về hành vi, ngoại hình và thái độ
