• Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with Hyatt brand standards.
• Ensure excellent guest service, handle complaints, and maintain high service quality.
• Support revenue growth, cost control, inventory management, and operational efficiency.
• Supervise, train, and develop associates while ensuring compliance with grooming and service standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in implementing marketing initiatives and achieving business targets.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards, guest relations, and cost control.
• Good command of English and strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage a team, and work flexible shifts.
• Previous experience in an international hotel brand is an advantage.
