Engineering Supervisor - Operations

Giám sát hoạt động Kỹ thuật hàng ngày của khách sạn; đảm bảo Kỹ thuật viên được phân công hoàn thành nhiệm vụ ca, tuần tra cơ sở, phản hồi phòng khách/khu vực công cộng, ghi thông số, checklist và bàn giao đầy đủ, đúng thời gian.

• Monitor the operating condition of hotel Engineering systems and equipment within the property scope, including guest-room systems, public areas, local electrical distribution, VRV/MVAC, plumbing and drainage, hot water interfaces, Fire & Life Safety interfaces, kitchen/service equipment and other assigned systems.

Theo dõi tình trạng vận hành các hệ thống và thiết bị Kỹ thuật thuộc phạm vi khách sạn, bao gồm hệ thống phòng khách, khu vực công cộng, phân phối điện cục bộ, VRV/MVAC, cấp thoát nước, các giao diện nước nóng, Fire & Life Safety, thiết bị bếp/dịch vụ và các hệ thống được giao khác.

• Allocate daily work and operational priorities based on guest impact, safety, room status, service continuity, equipment condition, alarms, breakdowns, planned works and hotel business requirements.

Phân công công việc và xác lập ưu tiên vận hành hàng ngày dựa trên ảnh hưởng đến khách, an toàn, tình trạng phòng, tính liên tục dịch vụ, tình trạng thiết bị, cảnh báo, sự cố, công việc kế hoạch và yêu cầu kinh doanh của khách sạn.

• Respond promptly to guest-room defects, public-area issues, abnormal equipment conditions and breakdowns; carry out first-line troubleshooting, restore service where safe and escalate significant risks or disruptions promptly.

Phản hồi kịp thời các lỗi phòng khách, vấn đề khu vực công cộng, tình trạng thiết bị bất thường và sự cố; thực hiện xử lý ban đầu, khôi phục dịch vụ khi an toàn và kịp thời báo cáo nâng cấp các rủi ro hoặc gián đoạn đáng kể.

• Coordinate room access, area closures, shutdowns, isolations, Permit to Work, LOTO and service restoration for Engineering works affecting operations, with minimum disruption to guests and hotel activities.

Phối hợp tiếp cận phòng, đóng khu vực, shutdown, cô lập, Giấy phép làm việc, LOTO và khôi phục dịch vụ cho các công việc Kỹ thuật ảnh hưởng đến vận hành, giảm thiểu gián đoạn đối với khách và hoạt động khách sạn.

• Monitor work orders, guest defects, shift logs and outstanding actions; ensure correct prioritization, timely closure, accurate records and proper handover between shifts.

Theo dõi lệnh công việc, lỗi liên quan đến khách, nhật ký ca và các hành động tồn đọng; đảm bảo ưu tiên phù hợp, hoàn tất kịp thời, hồ sơ chính xác và bàn giao đầy đủ giữa các ca.

• Supervise contractors and vendors working within operational areas and verify compliance with safety requirements, approved scope, workmanship, guest protection, housekeeping and completion records.

Giám sát nhà thầu và nhà cung cấp làm việc trong các khu vực vận hành; xác nhận tuân thủ yêu cầu an toàn, phạm vi được phê duyệt, chất lượng thi công, bảo vệ khách, vệ sinh khu vực và hồ sơ hoàn tất.

• Review property utility readings and operating observations relevant to hotel; identify abnormal consumption, leakage, equipment cycling or inefficient operation and coordinate investigation with Shared BOH & Utilities where system interfaces are involved.

Rà soát chỉ số tiện ích và quan sát vận hành liên quan đến khách sạn; nhận diện tiêu thụ bất thường, rò rỉ, thiết bị đóng/cắt bất thường hoặc vận hành kém hiệu quả và phối hợp điều tra với Shared BOH & Utilities khi có liên quan đến điểm giao hệ thống.

• Coordinate closely with Shared BOH & Utilities and the Technical & Maintenance function to maintain clear ownership of system interfaces, planned maintenance, recurring defects and operational follow-up.

Phối hợp chặt chẽ với Shared BOH & Utilities và bộ phận Technical & Maintenance để xác định rõ trách nhiệm tại các điểm giao hệ thống, bảo trì kế hoạch, lỗi lặp lại và công tác theo dõi vận hành.

• Support testing, commissioning, snagging, handover, DLP/warranty follow-up and phased-opening readiness for TRIBE operational areas and systems.

Hỗ trợ thử nghiệm, chạy thử, snagging, bàn giao, theo dõi DLP/bảo hành và sẵn sàng mở cửa theo giai đoạn đối với các khu vực và hệ thống vận hành TRIBE

Team Management / Quản lý đội ngũ

• Lead shift technicians by providing clear work assignments, technical guidance, coaching and timely performance feedback.

Dẫn dắt Kỹ thuật viên ca thông qua phân công công việc rõ ràng, hướng dẫn kỹ thuật, huấn luyện và phản hồi hiệu suất kịp thời.

• Conduct shift briefings and handovers and ensure safety, plant status, alarms, breakdowns, shutdowns and outstanding actions are clearly communicated.

Tổ chức giao ban và bàn giao ca; đảm bảo tình trạng an toàn, thiết bị, cảnh báo, sự cố, shutdown và các hành động tồn đọng được truyền đạt rõ ràng.

• Support technical and service cross-training to strengthen multi-skill capability for hotel operations, guest-room response and first-line troubleshooting.

Hỗ trợ đào tạo kỹ thuật và dịch vụ chéo nhằm tăng cường năng lực đa kỹ năng cho vận hành khách sạn, phản hồi phòng khách và xử lý sự cố ban đầu.

• Monitor attendance, grooming, safe work practices, discipline and teamwork of assigned technicians and report issues to the Cluster ACE - Operations.

Theo dõi chấm công, tác phong, thực hành làm việc an toàn, kỷ luật và tinh thần làm việc nhóm của Kỹ thuật viên được phân công; báo cáo các vấn đề cho Cluster ACE - Operations.

• Identify recurring operational and guest-related Engineering issues and recommend practical improvements to reliability, safety, response time, room availability and service quality.

Nhận diện các vấn đề Kỹ thuật vận hành và liên quan đến khách lặp lại; đề xuất cải tiến thực tế về độ tin cậy, an toàn, thời gian phản hồi, khả năng sẵn sàng phòng và chất lượng dịch vụ.

• Relevant educational background, vocational training, academic degree, or professional qualification applicable to the position and commensurate with the position level
• Relevant experience in a similar position and/or within a similar scale of operation, commensurate with the position level.
• Good knowledge of relevant SOPs, operational standards, health & safety requirements, and workplace regulations.
• Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
• Strong commitment to service excellence and professional standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Relevant professional certifications and English proficiency are advantages, depending on the position.
