URGENT_PURCHASING SUPERVISOR

Responsible for sourcing suppliers, purchasing goods and services, and ensuring timely delivery at competitive prices while maintaining quality standards and complying with the company’s purchasing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and process purchase requisitions from all departments.

- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive prices and favorable terms.

- Prepare and compare quotations, purchase orders, and purchasing reports.

- Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and compliance with specifications.

- Coordinate with relevant departments to verify the quantity and quality of received goods.

- Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier databases, and documentation.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages.

- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and approval procedures.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

- 100% salary during the probationary period

- 9.5 working hours per day, 2 days off per week

- College diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in purchasing; hospitality or resort experience is an advantage.

- Good negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.

- Experience in a 4–5-star hotel/Retreat resort or pre-opening project is an advantage.

- Good command of English is an advantage.

- Honest, proactive, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
