Mô tả công việc
- Lead the development and execution of the annual business plan, operating budget, and financial forecasts.
- Analyze financial performance, market trends, revenues, expenses, and profitability to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheet reconciliations, and cash flow management.
- Maintain strong internal controls, audit compliance, and risk management processes to safeguard company assets.
- Monitor tax obligations, purchasing activities, and compliance with Marriott standards, local regulations, and owner requirements.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the General Manager, Executive Committee, and Ownership.
- Build and develop a high-performing Finance team through coaching, training, performance management, and succession planning.
- Foster collaboration across departments to improve operational efficiency and financial results.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Strong financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, auditing, internal controls, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing cash flow, working capital, and owner relationships.
- Proficiency in financial systems, reporting tools, and data analysis.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
