Banquet Attendant - Nhân viên phục vụ Tiệc

• This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer-focused banquet services to guests, in compliance with all brand standards and departmental Standard Operating Procedures.

• Respond professionally, politely, and efficiently to extraordinary requests and complaints from guests.

Responsibilities

Banquet Operations

• Organize and transport all supplies required for the set-up of a function

• Assist in the set up and break down function rooms according to standard operating procedures

• Prepare and ensure mise-en-place is complete

• Deliver F&B/banquet services in accordance to departmental standards and procedures

• Ensure that all service and storage areas are kept safe, clean and locked

• Report any complaints, incidents or any other irregularities to management

• Perform functions of cashiering and dispensing of beverages as assigned

Other Responsibilities

• Be well versed in hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures

• Attend all meetings and trainings as assigned by management

• Apply necessary precautions with regards to the hotel food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)

• Assist Food & Beverage Outlets in their operations within peak times when needed

• Maintain complete knowledge of all F&B services, outlets and hotel services/features

• Perform other duties assigned by the Management of the Hotel

Knowledge and Experience

• University / College/ vocational education

• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language

• Basic knowledge and skill in F&B service is required

• Experience is preferable

• Training will be provided
