Mô tả công việc
- Conduct Orientation, Grooming, Brand Immersion Training
- Plan and mornitor department training based on resort training needs and resort’s business strategies.
- Analysis and make report of the efficency of department training
- Ensures that employees attend all legally required training as scheduled; maintains and reviews tracking system regularly.Creates a work environment aligned with Brand’s culture by conducting skills training on a regular basis

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Languages, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Certified Train-the-Trainer in Hospitality.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office applications.
