As Assistant Recreation Manager, we rely on you to:

• Support the day-to-day running of all recreation operations and activities.

• Lead and motivate the recreation team to deliver consistently warm, attentive guest service.

• Plan and host engaging activities, games and entertainment programs for guests of all ages.

• Keep guests safe and ensure recreation facilities and equipment are well maintained and ready for use.

• Respond to guest feedback and contribute to initiatives that elevate guest satisfaction.

- Service charge: Full service charge 100% during probation period.

- Operation Position: 1.5 days off/week.

- Office Position: 02 days off/week (9 working hours/day)

Yêu cầu công việc

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 2–3 years' experience in entertainment, recreation or hospitality, ideally within a luxury resort.

• Brings proven experience in developing entertainment programs and planning and delivering events, from festive celebrations to live shows and family activities.

• Creates fresh, memorable experiences for guests of every age, adapting programs to seasonal trends and the resort's needs.

• Is experienced in supervising teams, including scheduling, training and performance management.

• Has strong skills in operational planning, budget control, revenue generation and promotion.

• Communicates clearly, coordinates smoothly and solves problems calmly, always with the guest in mind.

• Speaks good English and is proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Is flexible to work shifts, weekends, public holidays and peak festive periods.
