Mô tả công việc
- Hỗ trợ trưởng Phòng IT trong việc quản lý bộ phận và hỗ trợ người sử dụng
- Cài đặt, cấu hình và bảo dưỡng tất cả máy tính
- Cài đặt và khắc phục sự cố của hệ điều hành máy tính và trình ứng dụng văn phòng, các phần mềm hệ thống resort đang sử dụng
- Duy trì kết nối không dây cho khách và nhân viên khách sạn
- Duy trì an ninh mạng, đảm bảo phần mềm diệt vi rút và cơ sở dữ liệu được cập nhật thường xuyên và hoạt động tốt trên tất cả các máy tính.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Languages, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Certified Train-the-Trainer in Hospitality.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office applications.
