Guest Experience Expert (Navigator Concierge cum Club Floor) - Chuyên Viên dịch vụ khách hàng (Bộ phận Hành Lý và Tầng Club)

• Take and serve guest orders promptly and according to service standards in the Club Lounge.
• Perform all necessary set-up and side duties as assigned.
• Answer guest questions about the menu, hotel facilities, and local attractions.
• Answer phone calls according to standard by using proper telephone etiquette and within three rings;
• Seat guests appropriately to meet their needs and preferences.
• Assist in the smooth operation of the Club Lounge, including buffet set-up, meeting rooms, business center facilities, and special guest requests.
• Provide guests with assistance whenever possible and anticipate their needs.
• Assist guests with luggage handling, storage, delivery, and transportation arrangements.
• Recommend local dining, shopping, cultural, and historical attractions, and provide directions when needed.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors or management.

• Working experience at an international hotel in the same capacity.
