Mô tả công việc

  • Assist the Human Resources team with daily administrative tasks and HR operations.
  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview arrangements, and candidate communication.
  • Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and internal training activities.
  • Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
  • Support the organization of employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Human Resources team.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Students or fresh graduates majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Able to commit to an internship of at least 3 months.
