F&B Service Attendant

OVERVIEW OF POSITION:

The F&B Service Attendant is responsible for providing F&B service on the gaming floor, including taking and delivering guest orders, and ensuring the cleanliness of all dining areas. This role plays a key role in creating a warm, well-presented environment that supports overall gaming operations.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Take food and beverage orders from guests on the gaming floor in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Deliver food and beverage orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness, hygiene of all dining areas & service equipment at all time.
• Coordinate with OPS superior to check guest status & provide the probably F&B benefit.
• Coordinate with F&B team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for food, beverage, or general guest service but non-gaming related.
• Support F&B promotions and special events on the gaming floor as required.
• Ensure proper handling and documentation of F&B orders and guest requests.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the direct manager.

KEY FUNCTIONS:

F&B Service

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately on the gaming floor.
• Coordinate with F&B kitchen and bar teams to ensure guest orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.

Cleanliness of Dining Areas

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all dining areas.
• Report any spillage, damage, or hazards in dining areas to the Supervisor promptly.

• High school diploma or College degree in Hospitality or related field; additional training in hospitality or gaming is an advantage.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in a customer service or F&B service role, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Fluency in English, second Language is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Basic knowledge of F&B service standards and hygiene practices is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by gaming operations.
• Ability to carry and manage multiple orders and trays efficiently while maintaining service quality.
