Job description:

  • Assisting in providing food and beverage services, meeting restaurant/hotel standards.
  • Participating in preparing the service area, ensuring hygiene and arrangement according to regulations.
  • Assisting service staff in taking food and beverage orders and serving customers.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction with enthusiastic and attentive service.
  • Complying with food safety and hygiene procedures and regulations.
  • Learning and applying skills and knowledge in food and beverage service.
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by management.
  • Gaining practical experience in F&B department activities.
  • Improving communication and teamwork skills.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Currently pursuing studies at a university, college, or vocational school.
  • Good command of Japanese and English (both verbal and written communication).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic, hardworking, and eager to learn.
  • Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Able to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic hospitality environment.
