Mô tả công việc

- Make the reservation with assigned suppliers of Exotissimo (transport, restaurants, boats, guides, etc.)
- Double-check bookings before client arrival.
- Price negotiation with suppliers when needed.
- Prepare all documents (program, vouchers, cash, instructions, etc.) for guides.
- Solve problems quickly and to satisfaction of client.
- Take decisions independently in the interest of company and client.

* Salary : to be negotiated (depending on experience and skills)

Yêu cầu chung :

- Vietnamese Nationality
- University degree
- Fluency both written and spoken in English
- Ability to work under pressure
- At least 2 years experience in a travel agency, especially in the same position before.
- Meticulous, well-organized and high responsible.
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
