- Ensure the assistance is being provided at all times to customers and guests and their stays are comfortable and memorable.- Maintains and controls the use of the luggage room, ensuring that luggage is properly stored and labeled at all times.
- Arranges and prepares information on Special Events or Hotel Services to be bulletined.
- Provide services and information to guests that are most accurate and up to date possible, and are delivered to the guests in the most meaningful way.
- Handles or resolves any guest complaints and establishes good relationships with guests and clients of the Hotel.
