- Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in compiling annual marketing plan and budget for the Hotel. Meet all set objectives and sales targets laid down by the Director of Sales & Marketing
- Perform sales activities to acquire new accounts, to be vigilant with market development and provide feedback to DOSM
- Act as deputy to the Director of Sales and Marketing during his/her absence
- Conduct telemarketing and sales calls based on targets as set by management.
- Monitor sales call plans of the sales associates to keep abreast with the focus of the team at a given particular time.
- Monitor Banquet Sales in order to ensure that Forecast & Monthly targets are achieved
- Provide leadership and motivation necessary to implement Sales & Marketing strategies
- Provide data of competitor hotels and provide pricing information of competitor hotels.
- Obtain updated information on conference or exhibition to be held in Saigon and focus activities to companies related to the event.
- Perform additional duties set by the management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 3-5 years at similar position
- Fluent in English
- Strong leadership skill.
