Mô Tả Công Việc:
- Responsible for the overall guide management of the language which assigned by Operations Manager.
- Manage the monthly guide scheduling, tour planning and all related operational works of the assigned bookings.
- Expand, maintain and update the guide database (guide information, guide categorization as well as guide performance record…).
- Work with Trainers on recruitment and training of new guides according to company’s need as well as the ongoing development, assessment and quality control of guides.
- Manage properly the TO materials as well as ICS materials to ensure the good corporate identity of ICS and its TOs.
- Effectively liaise internally and with Bangkok office on solving operational problems during and after working hours.
- Cooperate with product department with information and suggestions to help correcting and improving the tour program.
- Record and report to Operations Manager all issues involving guides’ performance, feasibility of tours, clients’ complaints and any other serious matters pertaining to the quality of the operations of tours.
- Employee is expected to work outside usual business hours to complete one’s workload as well as being available at all time should there are emergency operations related needs and issues.
- Liaising with our company’s Booking office, Reservations, Ticketing and Customer Relations in resolving issue pertaining to complications of tour programs.
- Recruit, train and supervise the official tour guides and free lance tour guides.
- Evaluate tour guides performance.
- Maintains good relationship and communication flow between all tour guides and the company.
- Maintains good relationship and the communication flow with other departments at Saigon office as well as other offices to ensure the smooth continuity of tour operations.
- Maintains the good relationship with ICS suppliers (local travel agents, boat companies…) and ensures their good services for ICS clients.
- Coordinates with clients to ensure their booked services are provided at high quality.
- Together with the Operations Manager, representing the company with third parties whenever necessary.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Operations Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc:
- 3 years experience in the industry.
- Fluently in English, both written and spoken commands. German language is an advance.
- Bachelor degree in Hospitality and Tourism.
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar or higher position.
