POSITION PURPOSE:
- To provide premium guiding services to our clients in and around Hanoi. To guide PEAK trips including UA; SBA and to work closely with the Group Leaders on group trips as required to ensure the overall successful operation of each trip with particular reference to the health, safety and enjoyment of the group members.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
a) Provide guiding services to clients throughout northern Vietnam as required:
- Guide trips according to itineraries and PEAK policies and passenger guidelines
b) Consistently deliver a high level of customer service and passenger satisfaction:
- Achieve consistently high levels of feedback from passengers.
- No passenger complaints
- Ensure passenger feedback forms are completed and submitted to the office within 24 hours of the trip finishing where applicable.
c) Manage trip funds and complete all paperwork for all trips:
- Run trips to budget
- Finalise trip fund within 24 hours of the trip finishing
- Submit all required paperwork to the office within 48 hours of the trip finishing including photocopies of passenger passport and visa details

* QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Current Vietnamese guide license
- Minimum of 1 years guiding experience guiding in Vietnam
- Comprehensive general knowledge of Vietnamese history, politics, religion and culture and local area related to trip itineraries
- Excellent English language skills both written and spoken
- Experience working with international clients, particularly those from English speaking countries

* OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to work away from home for several days at a time when required
- Ability to be flexible regarding scheduled days of work. There is a requirement to work 5 days per week, and 6 days per week may be required during the high season. The days may vary, depending on the Guide Schedule which will be completed at least one week in advance. One day of work may consist of 2 ½ day trips spread over 2 different days of the week.
