Mô tả công việc

• Set and maintain par levels on all beverages.
• Daily stock orders/requisitions.
• Maintain equipment par level. Purchase equipment when required, with management authorisation.
• Fill out all stock transfers.
• Fill out all spillage reports.
• Responsible for daily cleaning of the bar.
• Control all glassware, maintaining breakage reports, and liaise with the Stewarding Dept. to order more stock.
• Ensure a thorough knowledge of the workings of your Department.
• To understand and act on the duties pertaining to the opening of the bar.
• To understand the correct method of taking an order and dispensing in the correct manner.
• To implement correct portion control of beverage.
• To have a practical working knowledge of all equipment within the bar.
• To understand fundamental mixed drinks, cocktails and wines.
• Conduct the correct procedures to secure the bar.
• Monitor and understand production controls.
• To follow the correct method of handling returned drinks.

Yêu cầu công việc

Yêu cầu:

• Nam/ nữ trên 18 tuổi. Ngoại hình đẹp (Nam cao 1.7m trở lên và Nữ cao 1.65m trở lên) 
• Giao tiếp tốt tiếng Anh Kinh nghiệm 1-3 năm về pha chế thức uống tại các nhà hàng/ khách sạn 
• Tác phong làm việc chuyên nghiệp Yêu thích việc cập nhật các xu hướng đồ uống mới
• Có bằng cấp liên quan Bartender, nghiệp vụ Pha Chế 
• Có khả năng làm việc nhóm, cẩn thận, thân thiện chịu trách nhiệm một ca làm việc 
• Ham học hỏi, trung thực.
