Responsible for all activities of the Front Office as well as other hotel activities relating to the operations of the hotel. Ensure that check-ins and check-outs are proceeding smoothly. To ensure guest complaints immediately and initiates corrective actions. It is imperative that all complaints are handled promptly to ensure guest satisfaction and to protect the interest of the hotel.

· Vietnamese Candidate · Minimum 1-3 years in a similar position in 4 to 5 star International Hotel · Possess relevant qualification from Hospitality & Tourism University · Good command of English. Knowledge of additional language is a necessary. · Honesty and energetic with positive attitudes. · Good at solving guest complaint. · Good knowledge of Hotel management system such as Smile/ Fidelio/Opera
