• Report for work with plenty of time to shower and change into clean and proper uniform, complete with nametag.
• When arriving for work at the beginning of your shift, report directly to your superior or manager
• Report any damage or maintenance required to your outlet manager or manager.
• Respect all resort property and minimize wastage and breakage of all equipment and supplies and train the staff member to minimize the damage.
• Supervise the team to be able to keep all service areas adequately stocked with necessary equipment both for during and after service hours.
• Checking the Mise-en-place at your area
• Assist the service staff in case if busy, remember guests are always your priority in any aspect of your work.
• Know, understand and always follow departmental policies and procedures, train and supervise the team member.
• Adhere to your outlet sequence of service.
• Always followed your superior direction.
• Conduct the briefing in absent of your superior and share the information amongst the team.
• Be conversant with resort fire and safety procedure.
• Notify your superior or manager immediately of hazards, injuries or equipment damage/breakage assistance needed.
• To assist and perform any other duties as directed by your outlet manager and F&B manager.
• Total knowledge and understanding of Food preparation standard and procedure. Good command of beverage knowledge. Well know the beverage service
• Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met
• Seek opportunities to continually improve guest service
• Be familiar with service facilities provided in the hotel.
• Including names of other restaurant and bars and function rooms in the hotel.
• Report any guest feedback to the supervisor/manager on duty
• Establish and maintain effective guest relations
• Endeavor to remember guest’s names and address them by their surname.
• Demonstrate effective and appropriate interaction with guests whilst maintaining a professional approach and image
• Communication with guests in a manner which promotes goodwill, trust and satisfaction
• Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints
• To be empowered to handle special requests and complains from outlet guests Sell and Promote Products and Services
• Sell the hotel and Amanoi products and services using-selling and suggestive selling techniques
• Promote the hotel and Amanoi Products and services
• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests
• Be aware of duty of care, and adhere to occupational health and safety legislation, policies and procedures
• Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors/ managers of potential danger
• Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures
• Be familiar with property safety, current first aid and fire emergency procedures
• Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements
• Adhere to hotel cleaning and maintenance programs
• Ensure a high level of cleaning is maintained in your work area

Yêu cầu công việc
- 1 to 2 years minimum in a similar position required.
- Fluent English skills, intelligent appearance.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi task are required.
- Effective comminucation skills, good time management, excellent guest-services skills.
