• Guest Relation Officer ensures that guests are provided with the immediate and professional service
• To ensure that the section is perfectly tidy at any time, the accessories & stationary used for the operations are refill as often as required and that the circuits of operations are followed strictly.
• To ensure that all the standards and procedures established at the Hôtel des Arts Saigon – MGallery Collection are followed successfully and permanently.
• Guest Relation Officer will be dynamic and efficient to serve all guests approaching with a professional, warm and positive attitude. 
• She/he will be a main actor in the check in and check out process, and will be available to help the guest in any of his request.
