Responsible for overall supervision, planning, control and coordinator of all activities of personnel engaged in serving food and beverage in the restaurant
Responsible for the service quality delivery in the restaurant
Behaves and acts in an exemplary fashion, embodying the brand mindset
Maximize business opportunities, up sell and cost reduction, without compromising standards
Applies the brand's quality standards (SOP)

Experience:
At least 2-3 years working in senior position in F&B area.
Excellent spoken & written English & Computer proficiency
Understanding of F&B revenues and basic calculations
Understanding of, and proficiency in, equipment and fixtures used in the operation of an F&B Outlet.
Be able to train staff and make report
