Jobs Description: 

- Guide and train junior staffs in job skills and service skills in line with job requirements.

- Create new alcoholic beverages or update existing recipes at the requests of customer

- Monitor bar liquor inventory, order new supplies as needed, and put in order bottle storage space

- Manage all bar operations including scheduling for staffs, inventory, ordering supplies and creating drink specials

- Ensure that customers receive timely attention from the waitress and bartender.

- Keep the bar area and equipment clean to ensure hygienic conditions for customers

- Prepare beverage orders for customers including mixing drinks and serving them to customers

- Combine restaurant management with ensuring the best customer service operation.

 REQUIREMENTS • Vietnamese Candidate 

• Minimum 1-3 years in a similar position in a 4 or 5 star International Hotel 

• Good knowledge of Bar 

• Able to speak and write English well 

• Mature & energetic person with a positive attitude
