Brief the Customers about tour, air ticket, train ticket, hotel… - Handling Customer queries in relation to these product - Collecting and recording information from Customers - Incorporating with other departments to organizing tours and services to Customers - Following up the services for the best and exclusive services at an executive service level - Providing information relating to travel/tourism - Self-confident - Working place: * Ho Chi Minh City such as Duxton Hotel, Lotte (Legend) Hotel Saigon, Equatorial Hotel Ho Chi Minh City, Moevenpick Hotel, Parkroyal Hotel, Golden Central Saigon Hotel, Post Office HCMC * Ha Noi City: Flower Garden Hotel, Mercure La Ga Hotel * Hoi An city: Sunrise Hotel, 09 Phan Chu Trinh, 57 Tran Phu * Da Nang city : Da Nang Airport

Yêu cầu công việc

University/ College graduate - Fluent in English (Speaking, listening) - Preferred female candidates and cooperate a long time - Minimum two (2) year experience in a similar position - Be able to work on shift (2 shifts) Shift 1:7:00-14:30- Shift 2:14:30 -22:00 - Be able to work on Tet and Holiday (Holiday bonus, annual leave, team building, etc.) - A dynamic, modern, friendly and professional working environment. - Negotiation skills, independently - Active, enthusiastic, open minded, caring and resourceful - To possess relevant tourism background (certificate, experience..) - To be able to produce tours, develop domestic and international packages tours - To be able to book tours and arrange other travel services - To be able to work under pressure and complete target - To be able to travel - Knowledge of MS Office
