Lay out / sets up the restaurant a nd makes sure that all mise-en-place are ready prior to opening of the restaurant/
Sắp xếp và lên sơ đồ bàn trong Nhà Hàng và đảm bảo tất cả các vật dụng phải được sẵn sàng trước giờ hoạt động
Sets the table (i. e. cutleries, placemats, condiments, etc ) before the start of meal/ Sắp đặt các vật dụng trên bàn ( dao ,muổng , khăn , gia vị …) phải được sẵn sàng trước khi bắt đầu phục vụ đồ ăn.
Sees to it that all cutleries / flatwares dinnerwares, glasswares are clean before laying it down to the table./ Tất cả các dao và nĩa , các loại ly và chén dĩa phải được lau bóng và làm sạch trước khi sắp đặt trên bàn .
Welcomes guest, directs them to tables and seats them./ Chào đón khách , hướng dẫn khách vào bàn và kéo ghế cho khách .
Maintains good customer relations./ Duy trì mối quan hệ tốt với khách hàng.
Hands out menus./ Trình danh mục thức ăn cho khách .
Describes and explains the products on the menu and daily specials, if any./ Có kiến thức về các sản phẩm trong danh mục đồ ăn và các món đặc biệt có trong ngày, nếu có .

Required Skills

Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
Able to read and write English

Qualifications

High School and /or Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field

Experience

Food service experience with general knowledge of restaurant operations preferred.
