Mô tả công việc
1. Secretarial task:
- Undertakes confidential correspondence per mail and telephone.
- Manages documents submitting to MD for approval.
- Translates general incoming/outgoing documentation and communication to Vietnamese or English where applicable.
- Sets up and maintains the filing system
- Liaises with relevant individuals, external organisations etc. to arrange meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, summarize information and follow up on actions.
2. Appointment arrangement:
- Manages the MD’s diary and appointments.
- Arrange meetings, business events for MD.
- Coordinates MD and clients travel - flight, conferences and accommodation etc.
3. Reports
- Prepare and collate information for the Monthly Management Report for MD.
4. Relationship maintenance
- Establishes and maintain good relationship with clients.
- Assists MD on implementing a good working environment at the Company
- Ensures that deadlines, requests and any other organisational issues are dealt with in a responsive and timely manner.
5. Other duties assigned by Director.

Yêu cầu công việc
Graduated from Foreign Trade University / VNU University of Science, specialized in business / economy / relevant fields
Strong communication skills: open, clear, structured and straight forward;
Fluent written and verbal English communication skills;
Excellent ability to organize and follow up on multiple tasks simultaneously;
Good working knowledge in Office Software, i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and internet tools; typing speed minimum 45 WPM.

- Result driven and pro-active;
- Ability to work on own initiative with limited direct supervision;
- Confident, honesty and loyal;
- Good time management and self-organized;
