Mô tả công việc

The Cost Controller is responsible for the storage, inventory and safe keeping of all stock and fixed assets of the Hotel.
They must insure that a physical count of all merchandise held on inventory takes place at the end of business each month.
To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of Cost Control, Store rooms and Receiving and to assist management in keeping the cost of food, beverage and other supplies to the minimum.
