Mô tả công việc
- Handle all recruitment in Salinda Resort.
- Maintain a proper system for keeping application forms/letters for rank and file positions.
- Supervise pre-employment arrangements for committed candidates (e.g. uniform fitting, terms clarification, medical check-up).
- Conduct exit interviews for supervisory and general staff.
- Administer staff movement such as for confirmation, promotion, transfer, resignation, and termination of non-resignation and termination of non-management staff.
- Prepare monthly, weekly staff turnover reports, vacancy reports, and recruitment status reports.
- Handle staff’s absenteeism, sick leave, and annual leave entitlements.
- Organize sports, recreational, religion & moral, activities.
- Manage and check on staff canteen to maintain proper quality and hygiene on-duty meals.
- Inspect staff lockers on regular basis.
- Answer staff inquiries on staff welfare and house rules.
- Follow up on all work accident cases.
- Comply with the Hotel regulation and Employee Handbook.
- Maintain Hotel standards of service quality and performance standards.
- Handle all training activities in Salinda Resort.
- Handle all of the documents about Work permits, Resident cards, and Exit visas for expat.
- Handle process of payment related to HR expenses to Finance and Business Support Department.
- Identify and assist in planning for the purchasing of supplies, equipment, facilities, Salinda Canteen, and services necessary to maintain the efficient HR operation.
- Handle all of the documents about Work permits, Resident cards, and Exit visas for expat.
- Handle all documents related to Government as requested.
- Any additional tasks requested by DOHR.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality field
- Good experience with Employment Relations, Training, Compensation and Benefits, and Human Resources Management
- Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills, public speaking
- Task management, and great attention to detail
- Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
- Dynamic, friendly and can work under pressure
- Knowledge of Local Labour and Employment Regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Diploma in Human Resources, Training
