Beautiful ingredients are thoughtfully prepared over our open charcoal fire, with a lighter classical cooking style made with exceptional Vietnamese produce. Our goal is to serve unique, cross-cultural flavors to the local community. REMI features a hearty and rustic selection of Fusion South East Asian flavors utilizing carefully sourced local ingredients and cross-cultural recipes reflective of the seasons.
