- Identifying new markets & business opportunities, reviewing current business practises undertaking necessary changes. - Delivering sales targets, managing costs and ensuring there is strong leadership in all sales areas. - Constantly monitor margins and prices for all distribution channels and feed information through to the product department as required. - Closely monitoring sales and controlling availability and the monitoring of competitor pricing is essential to this role. - Work alongside the contractor and product function to manage the pricing process throughout the product or brochure lifecycle to ensure maximum margins are achieved. - Responsible for reaching out to new clients and advising upper management about new markets to explore. - Responsible for hiring, working with legal staff to resolve problems, and developing distribution strategies to get products out into the marketplace as effectively as possible. - Individual with strong interpersonal skills, an ability to eloquently convey complex ideas, and a good instinct for business. - Satisfying customers, and keep large multi-dimensional teams working together in the most efficient ways possible. - Monitoring the actions with the functional board directors. - Work direct and report line to the CEO and Chairman
