Report to: CEO To build the annual budget for Deparment’s activities. To build the annual plan and long-term plan for Department’s activities. Planning, designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the organisation as well as perform risk assessment, which involves analysing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business. To set up the functions, tasks and responsibilities of Department including: Internal Audit Team, Legal Team and CCTV Team. Details are as below: Internal Audit Team: - Set up Internal Audit Checklist program for Operation Audit and Back Office Audit. - Perform the Internal Audit at store operations in Airports. - Perform the Internal Audit at Back Office in both Airports and Head Office to evaluate the reliability, effectiveness and compliance of working process. - Review all current procedures/policies/guidelines of Company and make revise if having any risk. - Perform the risk assessment for Operation and Business activities and provide recommendations to mitigate the risk as well as give solutions for improvement in the areas of internal control standards, internal policies and procedures with CEO & Department Heads. - Cooperate with Departments to compile new procedures if necessary. - Develop and implement inspection programs to ensure compliance with all relevant government, industry and Company standards and requirements. - Follow up with relating Departments to ensure their action plans after audited be completed at deadline. Legal Team: - Provide legal consultancy to Company and deal with legal matters in Company: Labor Law, Enterprise Law, Investment Law, Tax, Food Safety, Marketing,... - Advise and cooperate with other Departments for registering programs/certificates/licenses. - Identify and control Legal Risk in Company Operation. - Review all types of contract (sales & purchase contract; franchise contract; rental contract; labor contract….) and give advice time to time; make the standard template contract for Company. - To review and ensure Company’s labor policies comply with Vietnam Law. - Update newest Law to relating Departments. - Liaise and follow up with relevant departments to ensure appropriate actions have been taken where legal risks have been identified. CCTV Team - Check CCTV 24/24 and monitor store operations/Warehouse at 5 Airports. - To find out and investigate any cases relating to cheating, collusion, non-compliance with company regulations./ - To raise any risks may cause from CCTV angle. - Report daily CCTV result and monthly CCTV result to CEO and relevant Head of Departments in time.
