Building and developing human resources: • Based on the development needs of the Company to plan human resources and build personnel margins accordingly. • Combined with the department heads to rebuild the function/ job description of the job positions, departments. • Combined with the Head of Department to rebuild the criteria, the KPI assessment process. • Establish KPIs, monitor and evaluate staff capacity on a monthly or quarterly basis. • Planning recruiting, training and developing human resources periodically, quarterly and monthly. • Conducting recruiting suitable personnel according to the development needs of the company and the departments of the year / Quarter / month / week, etc. • Develop regulations on remuneration, benefits and incentives - stimulating employees to work. • Develop promotion and replacement policies for personnel. • Prepare human resources budget. • Develop a career development program for employees. • Plan human resources to serve the business and production strategy of the Company. • Rebuild labor regulations, system of regulations, processes and regulations for the Company and supervise the observance of such rules. • Set up a strict timekeeping system and procedure of calculate salary to make sure that the salary payment for employees must be fully and accurately implemented. • Build up the process of managing participation in insurance for employees, the process of payment of sickness, maternity, labor accidents in time and in accordance with regulations. Administrative personnel management: • Provide solutions and maintain the implementation of rules and regulations of the Company. • Organize and administer related administrative activities: Car, struck management, health care, document storage, support for organization of Company ceremonies and seminars • Control the IT system to ensure the provision and support for users are well. • Set up the regulations and plans related to the use of assets and equipment of the Company. • Make the plans and organizations and monitor the implementation of security, health and safety and fire prevention. • Researching, drafting and submitting for approval the applicable regulations in the Company, building structure of the Company. • Proposing the organizational structure and operating apparatus of the Company. • Develop policies, regulations and management of human resource-related activities: Apprenticeship, probation, labor contracts, salaries, bonuses, annual allowances ... HR regime at the Company (decided human resources, labor contracts, time of salary calculation, leave, work outside, registration of personal income tax codes and deduction of family circumstances, ATM accounts, participation and implementation of social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance policies report to increase or decrease labor, terminate labor contracts and hand over and implement regimes prescribed by the company, Staff information, etc.). • Develop procedures for internal conflict resolution, handling violations, disciplines for employees, resolving labor disputes. • Support other departments in human resource management and a bridge between the Board of Directors and Employees in the Company. Monitor the health and safety: • Setup the fire prevention and fighting system in accordance with the requirements of the authorities • Set up a fire prevention and fighting team at the Company to handle the fire prevention and fighting happening • Set up to check daily, monthly and yearly the fire and explosion inspection system to ensure strict control of fire prevention and fighting at the Company • On behalf of the company working with the police fire whenever they come to check
