Responsible for all aspects of the operation of the 4 stars, 138 rooms, 4 F&B outlets, Spa, pool and 1 meeting room property in Danang. Main responsibilities include: guest and staff satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales and revenue control. Since I started in march 2019 we have achieved the following results: * Improve the hotel ranking on Tripadvisor from 32 to actual 11 position in Danang. * Increase the Guest Satisfaction Index to 94.6/100 reported by ReviewPro in March 2020 * 2 FB outlets listed as Nr. 1 on Tripadvisor in Danang. Sky 21 Bar and Sky View Restaurant. * Keep a 5* rating in the hotel and outlets. * Reduce and keep the staff turnover percentage to 5% during 2019 (165 team members) and obtain 96% staff satisfaction in the last annual survey. * Increase the FB revenue in 10% compared to 2018. I have been actively involved with the community creating campaigns to promote a healthy and environmentally friendly operation of the hotel.
