• Coordination of new hotels openings in Georgia. • Start-up of Operations (accommodation, food and beverages and maintenance). • Start-up of marketing. • New employee recruitment, hiring and training. • Opening purchases (quotations, orders, purchase and delivery). • Administration coordination. • Participating in Business Plan and Budget creation for first year of operations. • Periodic visits to the construction site based on the specific needs • Participating in the entire opening process • Assisting in other relevant pre-opening tasks • Coordination of hotel operations already operating in Georgia. • Supervision and control of operations (accommodation, food and beverages and maintenance) • Periodic/weekly visits to the properties based on the specific needs • Supporting hotel managers in achieving previously set goals • Identifying problems in operations, sales and administration and proposing efficient solutions. • Identifying areas with space for improvement and proposing improving procedures. • Guaranteeing that HCI procedures and values are followed at each property. • Assisting in the recruitment, selection and training of the hotel’s team • Participating in Yearly Business Plan and Budget creation • Maintaining relationships with Hotel Owners and Brands • Supervision and control of marketing • Administration supervision and control (Human Resources and Administration) Salary 60.000 USD net yearly + package
