** Business Development (B2B) - Familiar with travel related products, specifically on activities, tours, and transportation for Southeast Asia destinations, in particular Vietnam - Conduct cold calls, clearly deliver Dealtoday brand value to business partners and negotiate best deals - Develop and maintain profitable business relationship with partners in Vietnam markets - Identify market trends and provide market & competitor analysis to optimize business strategies - Contact and work closely with Marketing Managers to support and promote for products from Vietnam’s market - Build and develop good relationships with Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, Sendo, Lotte platforms. ** Customer Care (B2C) - Monitor customer service email account, skype account and filter all incoming requests, and distribute to the right persons/people. - Follow up on all customer requests and ensure that clients receive the necessary responses/information in due time. - Consult about the client’s purchase agreement ** Other - Other tasks as assigned by the head of the department and management - Directly reports to the General Director
