Dear Sir/Madam
I have recently seen your advert for the position of server who you are looking for in your resort. And I believe I would be very suitable fit for this role.
As I mentioned in my CV, I was a participant in the STREETS International eighteen-month training program developed in association with the Institute of Culinary Education in New York,USA. I recently completed the program and was awarded an International Certification in Hospitality Service.
My training also included extensive Hospitality English class and special "Life Skills" component that included many other important skills like: Teamwork, Time Management and Budgeting to help developing myself for a professional role in Hospitality.
During my training course at STREETS, I had some service training class so I know " What's gluten free?" or Dairy products ,Vegan and Vegetarian. I can serve wine, answer the questions about the foods and I can give some recommendations to guests. Beside that I had experience in greeting and welcoming guests like a host, I can make reservations on phone or at a restaurant and I also learnt nice ways to reject when the restaurant was fully-booked. In one year at STREETS restaurant, cocktails and mocktails, I also have knowledge about wine and spirits and how to avoid some bad situations at the bar. At STREETS, I also have a chance to work at Noodles tour and learn more experience in cooking class. I have a lot of time to practice my English skills. So now I am confident to communicate with foreigners.
I understand professional service and what it takes to ensure excellent Customer Service.
I have enclosed my CV for your consideration. Should you be interested in my skills, please don't hesitate to contact me, I will be happy to answer any questions that you may have
