Recently I worked for Keppel Land Vietnam as the Finance Manager Sedona Suites service apartment for 5 years since 2015. Although only a Finance Manager position but I involved to all the hotel operation. My acting is as same as consultant to General Manager. I have involved and handled all the task of General Manager from setting up Operation Supplies and Equipment (OSE) for the new property. I contributed the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) of all operation department such as HSKP, FB, Front Office. Monitoring the compliance to SOP of all department. Resolving all the operation issue relevant to financing. Monitoring Human resource department. Create the sufficiency and effectiveness head count for new property, preparing the annual operation budget, Review all the staff benefic procedure.
