(* Performed as a Performance Strategy & Production Executive from March, 2022) A) Highlighting Project (* Send for your reference as per requested) B) Role & Responsibility - Overall + Responsible for uplifting the performance (bookings, room nights, revenue, ADR) of over 130 hotels throughout Vietnam; as well as optimizing “Money in Bank” for the company + Motivate the Revenue & E-Commerce team to outperform the “Objective Key Result” during the entire QI & April, 2022. + Research the competitors, hotel business status, potential segments/channels, bookers’ insights (LOS, Booking Window, Cancellation & No-show Characteristic...), booking types (Daily, Overnight, Hourly) to assist the Business Development team in acquiring the deal with the new hotels. + Check the room availability on a daily basis; verify the hotel walkin reservations and coordinate with other departments to persuade the hotels to reopen the allotment. - Pricing: being responsible for competitive price alignment, logical pricing structure between Hotel Walkin vs. RedDoorz to guarantee the promising room nights within the first 01 week of the partnership => Yield Management: control the auto-adjustment module that allows for rate hikes or drops based on occupancy and booking hour; as well as monitor each hotel's daily production to override the pricing if necessary. - OTA Sales: fully take charge of the OTA sales + Listing, OTA Account Management + Production Care: identify the issues causing hotel’s production to drop and workout the solutions to improve + Cancellation & No-show Reduction; Reply & Review Score Optimization + Exposure & Visibility Booster Tools - Corporate & Direct Sales: being accountable for any project - Report: append and amend the report kit (Daily Pickup Report; WoW Performance Report by Channel & Day of the Week; MoM Bookers’ Insight Report...), and others performance review for each initiative, specific promotion or campaign
