 Responsible for sourcing for various positions across the assigned set of functions  Assist General Manager in hotel ( F&B ) renovation works and other projects, ensuring the projects are completed on time and on budget  Leads kitchen management team and ensures proper supervision and coordination activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation  Working with regional infrastructure teams to implement/execute change requests  Providing application and systems management  Improvements to accounting processes and controls  Providing first-class system support from initial client contact to closure  Detecting, reporting and fixing of poorly performing systems using agreed monitoring tools and processes  Responsible for the support and maintenance of infrastructure and applications across the Workplace portfolio  Identifying failure trends and root-cause of incidents  Provide management, mentorship, and guidance to direct reports  Develops means to improve profit, including estimating cost and benefit, exploring new business opportunities, etc  Work collaboratively with other departments for achieving optimal hotel performance  Make recommendations for capital improvements to enhance the assets of the hotel and/or company and brand loyalty  Assist in the development of presentational materials using PowerPoint and other tools  Provide ad hoc support to the broader story and franchise development team  Provides direction for menu development
